How to Find Your Gmail Statistics
To find out what information Google stores for your Gmail account:
Open Gmail and select your profile picture (it’s located in the upper-right corner of the screen). Choose Manage your Google Account. On the Google Account page, select Manage your data & personalization. Scroll down the page and select Go to Google Dashboard. Enter your Gmail password if prompted. In the list of Google services, select Gmail. The menu that opens displays information about your Gmail account, including how many active chats you have and the number of conversations in your inbox.
Google Used to Offer More Statistics
The results you find using the above steps show a handful of stats about your Gmail account, but that’s not how it has always been.
Google used to keep information on other things, such as how many emails you sent every month and who you sent the most emails to. Google also displayed this information for prior months, too.
Google no longer aggregates that data on your Gmail habits. Or, if they do, it’s not an option to browse through it.
