The young driver appears to have been upset with Stenhouse’s when he kept him from getting by late in the race and was passed by Kyle Busch as a result.
Elliott then gave Stenhouse a shove on a cool-down lap nearly forcing the No. 17 car to lose control.
The 22-year-old wasn’t done yet either. He went up to Stenhouse after the race and confronted him.
Elliott finished one spot back of Stenhouse in 12th place Saturday and is still looking for his elusive first victory.
